 Lime and Lemon: Our Story and Philosophy

Lime and Lemon was established in 2015 by Christian and Kasia Wybaux and Aurelien Neri. We are an ambitious group of young professionals with extensive experience in the catering world. Originating from different parts of Europe, our decade-long friendship began in London, where we met while building our careers and gaining experience in some of the city's best restaurants and hotels.

Since our opening in 2015, much has changed. The Lime and Lemon team has expanded, and exciting new ingredients now fill our cupboards, leading to more creative dishes on our menu. Our long-standing staff members, trusted recipes, and beloved dishes reflect a philosophy that remains as true today as ever. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to excellence and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
