• Material: natural cut and polished selenite, with a white colour and silky sheen.

Each heart has its own natural markings, lines and small details. These variations are part of selenite’s character and mean that no two pieces are exactly alike.

Keep your heart somewhere dry and protect it from knocks. Clean gently with a dry cloth; avoid immersing it in water or using cleaning products.

Before adding your heart to the basket, choose the design language and enter both names in the personalisation options.

• Language: English or Spanish. Both sides will use the messages in your selected language.
• Recipient’s name: appears beside “I love you” or “Te quiero”.
• Giver’s name: appears beside “You’re my everything. Forever yours” or “Eres mi todo. Siempre tuyo/a”.
• For the Spanish design: specify whether you would like “Siempre tuyo” or “Siempre tuya”.

For example, if James gives the English heart to Sophie, one side will read “I love you, Sophie” and the other “You’re my everything. Forever yours, James”.

If Pablo gives the Spanish heart to Lucía, one side will read “Te quiero, Lucía” and the other “Eres mi todo. Siempre tuyo, Pablo”.

Please check the spelling of both names, including any accents, before completing your order. You will be able to check all the personalisation in your digital preview before we prepare the finished piece.

As each heart is made from cut and polished natural stone, its size, shape, thickness, markings and finish may vary slightly.

• Place your order: choose English or Spanish and provide the recipient’s name and the giver’s name. For the Spanish design, also specify “Siempre tuyo” or “Siempre tuya”.
• Digital preview: we will prepare a personalised preview so you can check both sides.
• Confirmation: you will normally receive your preview within approximately 24 hours.
• Production: once you approve the design, we will begin preparing your personalised heart.

We do not prepare the finished piece until you have had the opportunity to check and approve the design.
