Return policy

I'm sure you'll be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you'd like to return your items, you can take advantage of my "no questions asked" guarantee. If the item you've ordered is faulty or you've simply changed your mind, as long as it's in its original condition and not personalized, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery .

Damaged/defective items

Please check your items immediately upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or defective, please let me know within 3 days of delivery . I will require photographic evidence to determine how the damage occurred and in some cases, I will ask you to send the items back. I will reimburse you for any additional shipping costs. If you do not inform me within 3 days, I will not accept any responsibility for items claimed to have arrived damaged or defective.

Customized or made-to-measure products

Unless there was an error on my part, or the item you purchased is faulty or damaged, I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made items as they cannot be sold to other people. My website is designed so that customers can review all personalization details and information before making a purchase.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Shipping

You have a duty to take care of the goods during the cancellation period so that a refund can be issued. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the package back to me using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance for the value of the product, as I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

I suggest obtaining proof of postage when returning items, which can be in the form of a receipt provided by your local post office. In the event that an item is lost during return, proof of postage will be required to process the refund. Also, make sure the item is adequately protected for shipping, preferably in the original packaging it arrived in.

Return costs

The costs of returning the products will be at your expense (unless the item is damaged or faulty). In this case, please include a receipt for the shipment and I will refund that amount.

Refunds and Replacements

For items returned within 30 days of delivery , with the appropriate Return Authorization Code and in accordance with these terms and conditions, I will process a refund or replacement within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.

The refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the initial purchase.

Refund payments

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the refund being agreed upon.

Your return rights do not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Any product that has been manufactured, customized or modified specifically for you.
  • Where, in my opinion, reasonable care has not been taken with the product whilst it was in your possession or it has not been returned in its original packaging.
  • If you made a spelling mistake in your order and it has already been sent to production.
  • If you have discarded the item you have a problem with.
  • In the case of perishable products that have been consumed or discarded.
