Shipping Policy

I undertake to deliver the products you have ordered to the address you provide when placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter this information correctly and verify that it does not contain any typographical errors.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible, although any delivery date or time is indicative only. If an item is in stock, I will try to dispatch it to the delivery address specified within the time indicated for each product. If an item is not in stock, I will try to deliver it within 14 days, but in any case, your order will be delivered no later than 28 days after placing the order. If I am unable to dispatch an item within the specified time, I will notify you and, if you request, cancel the order and refund you in full.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered. Once delivered, the goods will be your responsibility, and I will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Refunds will not be given if your gift is not delivered to you after being sent to the address provided.

I will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.

Delivery times begin at the time of shipment, not the time of order. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on weekends. Shipping times do not include production or customization time, which is added to the delivery time.
