The Study of a Chip : (Chapter 44)

I will never understand why my little Kev loves to jump on my head to wake me up; it was Monday at 6:30 am and there he was jumping on my head. He is a nightmare for such a tiny dog, he moults like you wouldn’t believe and his breath absolutely stinks; suppose all I can say is thank goodness he is tiny.

So now we were all up and it was that awful Monday again, so many orders and so many complaints. I just don´t understand complainers, these strange people that blame me for the courier not turning up at the exact moment when they are home, or the complainers that complain that the box that their product arrived in was marked. Yet, after many emails, I discover that the product is wonderful, I could actually write a book on complainers and wow seriously you wouldn´t believe what I have to deal with. If complainers stopped complaining, I am very sure that all retailers could decrease their prices by over 30% across the world.

Yet there was the biggest complaint ever, the man actually left me a review and called me a demon. I had sent him blue mats instead of black mats and he had left me a one-star review. I did the I am so sorry and I will now send you black and please keep the blue ones, I am so sorry. He never changed his one star or his review. Online selling is so difficult because of just the odd, strange person.

So, there I was already to go and wrap and pack my orders and my car wouldn´t start. My battery was totally flat. “Claudia do you have jump leads” I messaged. “Yes, I will be at yours in 10 minutes” she replied.

It was totally my fault, I had left the door open, so the light was on all night. So, what would you say to your friend that is so kind to turn up within 10 minutes with jump leads, not normal jump leads, basically jump leads that Cindy might lend to Kev or Barbie. Obviously, I am talking about the dolls, yet yes, this is what she turned up with and I had a diesel freelander. For fun, we tried, and it was a no. So, I gave Claudia my tickets to pack and meet TNT as a punishment LOL.

“Gary do you have a charger for my car battery as it´s flat” I messaged, “Yes I will bring it round, but it will take at least 12 hours to charge” he replied.

I have always been an unlucky person, yet so lucky with the people that I know. Gary arrived and my battery was now on charge.

Looking at all the dogs and feeling so sad for them. I decided to actually do some gardening and just concentrate on them for a change, bloody hell. I have 10 thousand square meters of gardening and seriously I would normally spend at least 2 hours a day gardening, so now I had 98 hours of gardening to catch up on.

You will be pleased to read that I actually managed half an hour of gardening lol.

I then put the kettle on and started to study why a chip won´t read. So, we all pay for our dogs to be chipped yet did you know that out of 2011 chips 11 just break, yes, they won´t read, so please promise me that every time you go to the vets even if it´s nail clipping, ask the vet to read the chip.
